Exchange a Foreign License for a UK Driving License

Suspended driver’s license

A suspended driver’s license means your license is temporarily out of service. You cannot legally drive with a suspended license. Getting caught driving with a suspended license will lead to more penalties including fines and the possible revocation of your license.

Revoked Driver’s License

A revoked driver’s license means your license has been fully canceled and cannot be reinstated. In order to get a license again, you will have to request approval from your state’s Motor Vehicles Department and pay any driver civil penalties you owe, and take the written test and a road test.

if the civil penalties that comes with the suspension is insignificant, what we usually do is, advice the client to pay the fee before they can contact us in other to get the new license, but in the case where the civil penalty is much, we charge 10% of the amount and then proceed by deleting the suspension from the system and applying for a new license with a new registration number as well as a new license number.
